Celebrate World Environment Day - Build a bat house!

Celebrate World Environment Day at Curiosum by building a bat house and exploring other nature activities with family and friends!

Did you know that there are about 15 species of bats in Västerbotten? Some of them go into torpor and could move into a bat house in your garden!

Do you want to learn more about bats and build your own house? During World Environment Day, on June 5, we have two bat house workshops at Curiosum.

Throughout the long weekend on June 3-6 you can also...

• Become a bee!
  Take a really close look at pollen through a paper microscope, program a bee robot, play Hive and help us draw a Västerbottnian bee garden for our exhibition wall.

  Did you know that the green color of a spinach leaf hides other color pigments? Separate the green colors of the leaf and discover the underlying colors.
  
  
• Join us on breathtaking film adventures in the Dome theater,
  build, play games and explore our interactive environments.
